Client Background:

Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital (S.I.H) is Located on the main road linking Na’ama Bay to El Hadaba and Sharm Town Centre, Sham International hospital (S.I.H) is strategically placed to serve the Sharm Community and South Sinai. Proximity to the airport enables direct access to medical centers throughout the world as well as allows home recovery for international patients.

Challenges:

The Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital wanted to provide a secure and convenient experience.  The hospital is built over 12.000 square meters and there is an extension of the hospital on an area of 40.000 square meters. They wanted to help their patients and staff to try new services. In addition, the hospital management needed to acquire more data about the patients’ records and other data that would help them improve their services through data analysis, reports, and dashboards.

Solution:

IPMagiX introduced its product MagiXHealth. The new applications provide healthcare organizations and hospitals to improve service quality by providing easy access to critical information and facilitating patient and staff communication through provided screens inside the hospital. It allows patients to navigate their own direction Wi-Fi network that builds over Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi and provides the patient and the staff a better service and promotions.
