The Challenge

The biggest challenge was to accommodate to the broad vision of this project, which is to create a global city with a smart infrastructure and take advantage of the sustainable technologies of today, as well as be adaptable to future technologies while supporting a healthy lifestyle.

The Solution

Our solution was to roll out IP Telephony, IPTV and Mobility solutions for IoT readiness, and to expedite day-to-day services like Smart parking, location awareness, entertainment and in-house guest services, regardless of the interface used by the guest (Mobile, IPTelephone or IPTV)

Achieved Goals

We have successfully fulfilled the general vision of the project and improved the overall quality of life by using urban informatics and technology that helped improve the efficiency of services and meet residents’ needs.
